a.) I am sorry, but honestly I have no idea at all what web 2.0 means. I assume is has somthing to do with the internet because its web 2.0 and webs makes me think of the world wide web. It really has no meaning.
b.) Tim Berners-Lee calling the term a "piece of jargon
